• Once customer paid the invoice online agrees to the terms and conditions.

  Cancellation Policy
  3% fee will be charge to customer due to credit card fees are non-refundable from merchant.
  
  If the equipment haven't been delivered . If it has been delivered there is no refund for Power Wheelchair,Kick Scooter ,Knee walker, Mobility scooter, Manual wheelchair, crutches and rollator.

  $25.00 per additional week rental on Knee walker, Manual wheelchair,crutches and rollator.

  Renter understands there will be no proration for early rental returns, no credits or cash back.

  
  USE OF POWER WHEELCHAIR/KNEE WALKER/CRUTCHES/MANUAL WHEELCHAIR/POWER SCOOTER/Kick Scooter: Power Wheelchair, Knee walker,Mobility scooter,Manual wheelchair and crutches,Kick Scooter and rollator, from herein may be referred to as a medical device. Patient shall only use the medical device in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all instructions and restrictions given in relation to the use of the medical device. Patient shall not loan or transfer the medical device to any other person. The  device is being given to Patient by Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC for customer’s exclusive use.

  CONDITION OF POWER WHEELCHAIR/MANUAL WHEELCHAIR/KNEE WALKER/CRUTCHES/Mobility SCOOTER/ Kick scooter /ROLLATOR AND REPAIR: Patient has inspected the  device and acknowledges that the  device is in good and acceptable condition.

  DAMAGE AND LOSS: Patient will keep and maintain the medical device in the same condition it was in on the Rental Start Date, normal wear and tear excepted. In the event that the device is lost or damaged beyond repair, Patient shall pay to Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC replacement cost of the medical device.

  OWNERSHIP: The medical device is and shall remain the exclusive property of Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC .

  SEVERABILITY: If any part or parts of this Agreement shall be held unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this
  Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, and if limiting such provision would make the provision valid, then such provision shall be deemed to be construed as so limited.

  ASSIGNMENT: Neither this Agreement nor Patient’s right hereunder are assignable except with Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC prior, written consent.

  BINDING EFFECT: The covenants and conditions contained in the Agreement shall apply to and bind the Parties and the heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of the Parties.

  GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified in writing and must be signed by both Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC and Customer .

  WAIVER: The failure of either party to enforce any provisions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement. The acceptance of rent by Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC does not waive Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC right to enforce any provisions of this Agreement.

  LIMITED LIABILITY: I understand that it is my resposibility to follow Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC instructions for operation and safety of the device and to use common sense. Orthopaedic Mobility Rental,LLC assumes no liability for any damages, losses, claims, injuries, lawsuits or deaths of any person(S), including customer , or for damage to property, arising from or relating to customer use, misuse and/or possession of the  device or from the acts or omissions of any person or with customer’s express or implied consent.
